The first time I ever stepped foot in a yoga class, I put my mat in the back right-hand corner, just in case I wasn't good at “this yoga”, I can slip out without anybody seeing me. What you realize is that over time, I became a little more confident in my practice, slowly but surely, my yoga mat started inching a little bit closer, before you knew it, my mat was in the front row.
